CONSTITUTION:The coolant supplied from a coolant supply means for a port 71 circulates in a housing 2, enters the right chamber 111 of a valve 11 through a port 91, is introduced into a cutting-fluid spouting passage 10 through a port 101, and spouted from a nozzle 102 to a grinding wheel S and a workpiece W. To stop the spouting of the cutting fluid, e.g. in setting the workpiece W, the valve 11 is switched to the left chamber 112 to introduce the coolant directly to a tank.
