Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive the elevation of electromagnetic performance without destroying an insulating layer by a method wherein magnetic metal powders are added with water glass or the like and a specified amount of zinc stearite and high pressure molding-heated. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic metal powders of permalloy system are added with the water glass, an organic resin insulating material, for example, at least either of pheno resin or melamine resin, and the zinc stearite of 0.2-2.0%, and applied an insulation treatment between the particles of which powders are high pressure- molded and heat-treated to be made the metal dust magnetic core. Thereby, friction between the particles is remarkably reduced even the powders being high pressure-molded and the electromagnetic performance can be improved.
