Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce defrosting period of time by a method wherein temperature sensors are provided in show cases, a duct and the like respectively and a temperature in the show case is controlled by one temperature sensor while the returning control of the defrosting is effected by the other temperature sensor, in the concentrated temperature controlling device for a plurality of refrigerating and air- conditioning equipments.
CONSTITUTION: A defrosting timer 5 operates a refrigerating machine 4 in a defrosing mode at every constant period, concurrently, controls terminal devices 21W2n through the concentrated control system 1 and closes the refrigerating capacity control valves and the like of the refrigerating devices 31W3n for the show case or the like. According to these functions, when the defrosting is begun, the concentrated control system 1 monitors temperatures in the ducts for the refrigerating devices 31W3n by a signal 8 measuring the temperature in the duct through the terminal devices 21W2n. When the temperature is arrived at a preset temperature at which the frost is defrosted perfectly, a defrosting returning signal 9 is outputted to the defrosting timer 5 to release the defrosting mode and control the temperature in the show case again.
