CONSTITUTION:A TV signal supplied t input terminal 1 is stored, frame by frame, in frame memory 2 by interlaced scanning. The thus stored one-frame video signal is read through the scanning of light deflecting modulator 3 and recorded on film 10 by scanning as a light spot. A video signal inputted to terminal 1, on the other hand, is supplied to synchronous separating circuit 5 to extract its vertica synchronizing signal, which is inputted to capstan servo 7 to obtain the stable rotation of capstan motor 6. Consequently, film 10 runs synchronizing with the frame frequency and in its respective frames, pictures obtained by frame-by-frame interlaced scanning are copied successively.
