Abstract

PURPOSE: To measure a mean mesh transmissivity or reflexibility with high reliability, by a method wherein an aperture diameter, which is constant-fold as large as that of a screen pitch and is not larger so much than that of the screen pitch, is selected.
CONSTITUTION: A condenser lens 2 collects light from a light source 1, and a uniform light amount at a measured surface, which is determined by an aperture 3, is obtained. The light transmits through an object 4 to be measured, and light, which is attenuated according to the transmissivity of the object 4 to be measured, is sent to a light-receiving part. The light-receiving part collects only light at a given area determined by the apperture 3, and is inputted to a photoelectric transducing element 9 via a condenser lens 7 and a filter 8.
