Abstract
PURPOSE: To promote hardness and anti-abrasive capacity of a captioned tire by using in the tread part of a car tire a foamed body obtained from a raw material generated by mixing natural, synthetic, or blended rubber with azo organic foaming agent and additives by a given rate.
CONSTITUTION: A foamed body obtained by foaming a raw material given by mixing 100 weight units of natural, synthetic, or blended rubber with less than 20 weight units of additives of vulcanizing agent, vulcanization accelerator, and others and azo organic foaming agent is used for the tread part of a car tire. This construction permits to obtain a foamed tire with equivalent hardness and anti-abrasive capacity to those of a non-foamed tire using the same quality and amount of raw material rubber.
