Abstract

This minimizes the level difference the additional output signals S10 in the input of an error detector 24 and the revolution signals S2. Offsettting in the offset circuit 18 minimizes the error signals S11. Thereby an undershooting phenomenon of rpm near rpm can be prevented thus to prevent the engine revolution stop at the time of sudden slowing-down.
