Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance the controlling performance by a method wherein the fuel injection device of an internal-combustion engine is controlled by one control circuit in the operating range where the output characteristics of sensors and unstable and by another control circuit in the operating range where the said characteristics are stable.
CONSTITUTION: An input/output control circuit 8 is provided in a control circuit 9 which controls the amount of fuel injected from a fuel injection valve 3. The input/output control circuit 8 is fed with not only the signals from a speed detecting means 1, a flow rate detecting means 2 and an operating-condition detecting means 4 but also the signal from a microprocessor 5 which receives the signals from a random access memory 7 and a Read Only Memory 6. In the unstable operating range such as acceleration and deceleration of the engine, the fuel injection valve 3 is controlled on the basis of the signals from the detecting means. During steady operation, the fuel injection valve is controlled by the signal from the microprocessor 5.
