Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce the titled steel sheet stably by subjecting a low-carbon steel ingot contg. Si, Al to hot rolling including dissimilar peripheral speed rolling in which the peripheral speeds between upper and lower rolls differ by more than a specific rate. CONSTITUTION:In hot rolling a steel ingot contg. 1.5-4.5% Si, <=1.0% Al, and <=0.05% C, it is subjected to at least one pass of dissimilar peripheral speed rolling in which the rate of difference in peripheral speed between upper and lower rolls is >=10%. Thence, it is subjected to one time of cold rolling or >=2 times of cold rolling including intermediate annealing after or without annealing then, it is subjected to recrystallization annealing, whereby normally grown crystal grains are grown over the entire part of the cold rolled steel strip.
