Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce a loss in a rotor and contrive the improvement of a characteristic of the rotary electrical machine and apparatus by a method wherein a magnetic ring with high magnetic permeability is covered on the center of the gap face of a tooth of a stator core and fixed by adhesion, and the gap is made concave at the center and the opening zone is made convex. CONSTITUTION:The rotary electrical machine and apparatus is formed by the stator unit comprising a coil 6 housed in a slot 5 radially provided at an end of the stator core 4 which is supported and fixed to a stator frame 3, the magnetic ring 19 which is provided with a slit 18 in the tooth 15 of the core 4 in the direction of the pile thickness and covered so as to envelop the end of the gap face of the tooth 15 and attach-fixed, a shaft 7, the rotor core 10 which faces to the core 4 through the axial gap 8 and is fixed to a rotor supporting ring 9 fixed to the shaft 7, and a rotor unit comprising a conductor 12 and an end ring 13 housed in a slot 11 radially provided at the end of the core 10. Thereby, the losses in the rotor unit can be reduced. Thus the characteristic of the rotary electrical machine and apparatus is improved.
