Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the heat exchanger efficiency and to restrain the abnormal rise in temperature of a heater by fitting a core in a pipe body passing a fluid, the core being long in the longitudinal direction of said pipe body.
CONSTITUTION: A heater 13 is wound and secured around the outer circumferential surface of a pipe body 12 formed of a heat insulating material. A core 14 disposed in the center of the hollow part of the pipe body 12 has an approximately columnar shape which is long in the longitudinal direction of the pipe body 12, and each of both end parts of the core 14 is tapered into a conical shape. By said constitution, the flow rate of the fluid in the pipe body increases, so that the sticking of foreign substances to the inner wall thereof can be reduced, as well as the foreign substances having stuck thereto can be taken off. Accordingly, it is possible to restrain the rise in temperature of the pipe body itself.
