Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. capable of forming polyurethane having excellent heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance, by using a specified liquid chloroprene polymer as part of a polyol component.
CONSTITUTION: A liquid chloroprene polymer having at least two hydroxyl groups and a number-average MW of 500W6,000 [pref. a copolymer of chloroprene with a hydroxyl group-contg. monomer of formula I (wherein R is a 1W3C hydrocarbon group; n is 1, 2)] is used. 100pts.wt. Polyol (A) having at least two terminal hydroxyl groups, an MW of not more than 6,000 and no polychloroprene unit, 15W 300pts.wt. above-mentioned liquid chloroprene polymer (B), 0.3W30pts.wt. (per 100pts.wt. above component B) vulcanizing accelerator (C) (which is unreactive with isocyanate group and is used for the chloroprene polymer), and a polyisocyanate (D) [in an amount represented by formula II (wherein H is the total hydroxyl equivalents in the polymers A and B; I is isocyanate equivalents in the polyisocyanate D)], are blended together.
