Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a filler which hardly generates internal heat and which has excellent restitution, proper hardness, and workability in an elastic tire which fills various fillers instead of the air of a pneumatic tire when the tire is used after filled with the fillers.
CONSTITUTION: An end isocynate prepolymer D is obtained by reacting diene polymer A which has a hydroxyl radical on its end and whose molecular weight is 10,000 or less and diisocyanate compound C in a proportion which satisfies the range (I) mentioned right and also reacting polyoxyalkylene polymer B whose molecular weight is 10,000 or less and the above compound C in a proportion which satisfies the range (I). The above polymer D is obtained by reacting the mixture of the above polymers A and B and the above compound C in a proportion which satisfies the range (I). A desired filler is obtained by reacting this polymer D and hardener E consisting of a compound which has a hydrooxyl or amino radical on its end in a proportion which satisfies the range (II) mentioned right.
