CONSTITUTION:Samples of a known number N1 are mounted on the scale tray 1 to measure their weight W1, while the number of the samples, N1, is input (6) and a unit weight U=W1/N1 is calculated by the CPU. Next, by measuring the weight of S6 (Step 6) when sample number is increased to N2 and calculating the number from the unit weight, an alarm is displayed (7e) when the number becomes N2<= D1-1 (D1 is the count number of N1). Then the number of samples is decreased, the unit weight is recalculated and substituted. Repeating these procedures, the number of samples can be counted without producing even one count error in principle.
