CONSTITUTION:In continuous casting of slags and blooms, the relations among the ingot drawing speed (mm./min) V, oscillation cycle (C/min) f, and oscillation stroke (mm.) S are selected at V/S.f<pi, f>=150C/min, 3<=S<=10 or V/S.f>=pi. Here, pi is circle ratio. By this region, heeling time is shortened, the time when a slag bear suppresses meniscus is shortened and the formation of oscillation defects is prevented.
