These electrodes 21-1∼21-3 and voltage applied switches 23-1∼23-3 are connected through diodes 29-1∼29-3. When the voltage applied switch 23-1 is positive-biased, the diode 29-1 is forward-biased, voltage is applied across the photodetecting elements 26-1∼26-3, charge of the quantity corresponding to a light current is stored in the wiring capacities 25-1∼ 25-3. In this case, the charge flowing to ground through the photodetecting elements 26-4∼26-9 is stopped by the diodes 29-2, 29-3. In this way, exact read-out in expected.
