PURPOSE:To permit the fabrication work of roof to be carried-out at lower place by constituting the suspending members which suspend a suspended ceiling from roof and support the ceiling horizontally, from foldable articulated joint members. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of suspending members 5 which are arranged between a roof 3 and suspended ceiling 4 and suspend and support the suspended ceiling 4 horizontally, keeping a prescribed distance from the roof 3, consist of foldable articulated joint members 6. The articulated joint member 6 is of pin joint constitution having rectangular flat plates 7 connected in free swinging through bolts 8. One end of the articulated joint member 6 is installed onto the frame members 9 of the roof 3, and the other end 6b is connected in free swinging to the reinforcing frames 10 of the suspended ceiling through bolts 11, and thus the suspended members 5 are formed connecting the roof 3 and the suspended ceiling 4.
