The internal circumference of the slider piece 5a is abutted to a semicylindrical surface 18b. The slider piece 5a is rotated slightly to bring side surfaces 30, 22 into contact in order that the sliding surface 21 and opposed planes 27, 28 may agree in parallel phase. The sliding surface 21 and the opposed planes 27, 28 are made to agree in height and the slider piece 5a is moved in the direction of driving axis line. In the same method the slider piece 5b also is inserted between the outer circumference of an eccentric cam part 15b and the opposed planes 27, 28.
