Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive the cost reduction of a cold cathode gas laser tube by a method wherein a metallic cylinder formed with an Al evaporated film is fitted coaxially with a capillary tubing to form the cathode. CONSTITUTION:The capillary tubing 5 is coaxially supported by a part 1' of a casing 1.
