Abstract
PURPOSE:To agitate and mix two kinds of the resin liquid in the nozzle and make the mixing work efficient by a method wherein a high-pressure gate having small holes and a bundling gate having recessed parts are arranged alternately in a plurality of layers within the nozzle to produce a difference of flow speed in the resin. CONSTITUTION:A multitude of the high-pressure gates 4 and the bundling gates 3 are arranged laminatedly and a ring gate 2 is further arranged thereabove. Principal resin material F1 is injected and guided into the cavity C of the ring gate 2 and simultaneously a hardening agent F2 is injected and guided into the cavity C. The resin liquid consisting of the principal material and the hardening agent is brought to a discharging port N under being mixed and rolled through the small holes P of the high-pressure gate 4, the recessed parts G of the bundling gate 3 and the central holes H of the same gate 3. The difference of flow speed is caused between the flow speed of resin at the neighborhood of the internal wall surface of the nozzle and that at the central part thereof and the same effect as roll kneading is generated whereby the resin liquid is mixed efficiently at the recessed parts G.
