Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce titled parts having an intricate hollow part easily by making a corrosion-resistant heat-resistant metal melt with heat corrosion-resistant iron type alloy-made members as cores then chemically eluting away these core members.
CONSTITUTION: Members 2 which are formed into shapes corresponding to required hollow parts and consist of a chemically etchable heat-resistant alloy material are prepared as cores. On the other hand, metal-made molds 1a, 1b are prepared as an outer mold and are combined with said cores. Next, the melt of a heat-resistant corrosion-resistant metal 3 such as corrosion-resistant heat-resistant steel, Ni base alloy or the like is cast down to the details of said mold by a die-casting system with a pressure-casting machine by using the mold constituted of said combination. After this, the casting is removed from the molds 1a, 1b, and the members 2 are chemically and selectively eluted by utilizing the difference in the corrosiveness between the core members 2 and the cast metal 3 to form hollows, whereby a required hollow part is obtained.
