Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the titled apparatus with good efficiency capable of spraying in energy as low as possible by a method wherein a cylindrical body with an inner surface formed in a logarithm relation having a tapering upper part so as to position a top part thereof above a liquid level and an ultrasonic vibration element is arranged below said cylindrical body.
CONSTITUTION: To a lower part of a casing 1 in which a liquid 2 is stored, the ultrasonic vibration element 3 is attached. In the casing 1, the cylindrical body 5 is supported by a connector 4 and arranged directly above the vibration element. The tapering top part 6 of the cylindrical body 5 is above a liquid level 7 of the liquid 2. A curved line of the inner surface of the cylindrical body 5 is formed into a logarithm curved line shown by a formula A=log10(B+1) when a distance from an outer side surface of the cylindrical body is determined as A. When electric power is applied to the ulstrasonic vibration element 3, the ultrasonic waves are reflected to the inner surface 10 and, because focused to an upper opening part 11 with a small diameter, the spraying is attained in reduced energy.
