Abstract
PURPOSE: To make an ultrasonic vibrator automatically follow the change of liquid level to keep an appropriate relationship between the vibrator and the liquid level and improve the efficiency of atomization and expand its application, by floating the vibrator in the liquid by means of a float.
CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic vibrator 5 is fixed through packings 6, 7 to fixing tools 8, 9 with which an annular float 3 is connected through arms 10, so that the vibrator 5 is floated in a liquid tank 1. An electrode 12 at one end of a lead wire 11, the other end being connected to an oscillation circuit 16 outside the liquid tank 1, is connected to the vibrator 5 and sealed liquid-tight by means of a sealant 13 and packings 6, 7. The tank 1 has stepped reducer 14 to prevent the float 3 from overly falling due to the lowered liquid level. Thus the vibrator 5 can automatically follow the change of the liquid level and keep the distance and angle of its surface constant with regard to the liquid level, which can improve the efficiency of the atomizer and expand its application.
