Q23 controlled with the timing signal o ma1 and provided between the common source of Q22, Q21 and the reference potential, and Q19, Q20 between a pair of common data lines I/O, -I/O in which a pair of bit lines B, -B are connected in common via the Y address switch means 2, and the drains of Q21, Q22, are provided. The switch operation of Q19, Q20 are controlled with the amplified output of the main amplifier.
