Abstract

PURPOSE:To drive a blower for supplying and exhausting air by providing a thermal electromotive element so that it is heated directly or indirectly by the heat generated by a burner and utilizing the thermal electromotive power of the electromotive element. CONSTITUTION:Within a boiler case 1 there are arranged a gas burner 2, water feed pipe 3 heated thereby and a thermo-electric element 7. As the thermoelectric element, there is used a thermoelectric element prepared by bonding a P type substance and an N type substance of iron silicide formed in a prismatic shape, for example. An exhaust cylinder 10 is provided at the upper part of the case 1, and a blower 11 for forcible exhaustion of air is provided within the exhaust cylinder 10. The blower 11 is electrically connected to the thermoelectric element 7, and the thermal electromotive power is supplied thereto. By use of the above described construction, forcible exhaustion becomes possible at the time of burning without using any commercial power source.
