The nozzle 12 of a gas introduction system 3 which supplies gas to the inside of the vacuum chamber 1 is penetrated through the flange 7 and is fixed. Here, when the vacuum chamber 1 is evacuated by operating the vacuum exhaust system 2, electricity is conducted via the power lead-in terminals 5 and the lead wires 13 to the heating element 4 from the heating power source 6 and the gas is sent into the nozzle 12 from the gas introduction system 3, then the multimolecular gas contacts the heating element 4 and is effectively made monoatomic.
