Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of electrode and troubles entailed by the deformation by providing an undulated portion in the supporting part of at least the first electrode. CONSTITUTION:In order to prevent deformation due to heat stress, the convex portion at almost center of the first electrode is made smaller, and a linear form of the undulated portion 12 is provided midway between the portion where the bead glass 10 and the electrode 6 are bonded and the convex portion 11. Also, the semicircularly undulated portion 12 is provided so that the junction between the bead glass 10 and the first electrode 6 is centered. Thus, heat stress caused by abrupt heating of the cathode of the electrode 6 on the low potential side can be absorbed by the undulated portion 12 provided in the supporting part.
