Abstract

PURPOSE: To judge operating conditions of a flow control valve by detecting temperature distribution changes with a plurality of temperature detection elements arranged in a flow direction.
CONSTITUTION: When a signal from a temperature detector such as a thermocouple enters input terminals 31 thru 33, the signal appears in the indicator 46 as an indication of the valve opening. Resistors 41 thru 44 are so set that the indicator 46 may indicate "0" to the sum of three inputs when the valve is closed while the indicator 46 may indicate 100% when the valve is full open. With this construction, if the temperature indication signal increases due to leak, the indicator 46 indicates it responding to its increase.
