CONSTITUTION:When signal X or Y of the pulse width that corresponds to the time difference of an input signal is inputted to either one of field effect tramsistors F1 and F2, the transistor turns on and capacitor C is charged to power voltage +E1 or -E1 to generate a time difference voltage signal. Field effect transistors F1 and F2 have no base storage change like a bipolar transistor, so that off time is short and the time difference and time difference voltage bear a linear relation.
