CONSTITUTION:The projections 13 of uniform height are provided in the form on the evenly spaced vertical stripes on the outside peripheral surface 12 of the cylindrical rotor 11 of the bubble producer, the outside peripheral surface 12 being in parallel with the vertical center axis of the cylindrical body and the projections 13 occupying 1/10-1/3 of the area of the peripheral surface 12.
