Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the extremely minute bubbles with reduced rotational power by a method wherein projections of uniform height are provided in the form of evenly spaced vertical stripes in a specified area of the outside peripheral surface of a rotor of the titled producer. CONSTITUTION:The projections 13 of uniform height are provided in the form on the evenly spaced vertical stripes on the outside peripheral surface 12 of the cylindrical rotor 11 of the bubble producer, the outside peripheral surface 12 being in parallel with the vertical center axis of the cylindrical body and the projections 13 occupying 1/10-1/3 of the area of the peripheral surface 12. When the rotor 11 is sunk under the liquid and rotated at a high speed about the center axis while feedings a gas from the bottom thereof, the extremely minute bubbles can be obtained in the liquid while using reduced rotational power for the rotor 11 and achieving energy conservation and economy.
