Abstract

PURPOSE:To always dispense a desired quantity of the liquid accurately even if the liquid has a high viscosity, by controlling the driving speed of the means, which sucks and discharges the liquid, to control the flow speed of suction and discharging of the liquid. CONSTITUTION:In the device where sample 2 is sucked by probe 6 and is discharged to reaction tube 5 together with diluting liquid 4, piston 10 of cylinder pump 8 is linked through arm 12 and stopping screw 13 of guide plate 11, and guide plate 11 is driven through rack 14 and pinion 16 by motor 15. Outputs of oscillator 18A of oscillation frequency 640pps and oscillator 18B of oscillation frequency 160pps are switched and connected to driving circuit 17 of pulse motor 15 by switching circuit 19 under the control of control circuit 20. Thus, the driving speed of the piston in the sucking process can be lower than that in the discharging process, so that the dispensation precision is enhanced even for the liquid of a high viscosity.
