Abstract
PURPOSE:To inexpensively produce a high-tensile cold rolled steel sheet of >=100kg/ mm.<2> tensile strength of outstanding workability and steeL sheet shape by making use of P, V, Nb as reinforcing elements for steel as well as hot-rolling the steel at specified temperatures then cold-rolling and annealing the same. CONSTITUTION:A steel slab contg. <0.20% C, <2.0% Si, 0.5-3.0% Mn, 0.030- 0.300% P, <0.020% S, 0.015-0.200% Al, and 0.0040-0.0200% N as well as either one or both of 0.01-0.10% V and 0.01-0.10% Nb, and further contg. one or two kinds of 0.30-0.05% Ti, <0.0050% Ca, <0.0050% Mg, <0.0050% rare earth elements such as La, Ce and others for the purpose of controlling the form of nonmetallic inclusions is hot-rolled at temperatures above the Ar3 transformation point and the hot-rolled steel sheet is wound to a coil at below 700 deg.C. Next, it is cold-rolled at >=30% drafts, after which it is annealed at temperatures below the recrystallization temp.
