PURPOSE:To encapsulate a high-m.-p. material in a microcapsule with good efficiency by flowing the reflux cooling liquid having been set at a temp. higher than that of reflux cooling liquid around nozzles before the jet flow extruded from the nozzles are extruded into the reflux cooling liquid, and combining these integrally to jet flow.
