Abstract
PURPOSE:To encapsulate a high-m.-p. material in a microcapsule with good efficiency by flowing the reflux cooling liquid having been set at a temp. higher than that of reflux cooling liquid around nozzles before the jet flow extruded from the nozzles are extruded into the reflux cooling liquid, and combining these integrally to jet flow. CONSTITUTION:In the case of extruding a capsule filling material and a film material from the tip of double nozzles in reflux cooling liquid thereby making seamless capsules, before the jet flow 10 extruded from the double nozzles 7 is extruded into reflux cooling liquid (a), another cooling liquid (b) having been set at a temp. higher than this reflux cooling liquid is contacted with the jet flow 10 to one jet flow 10, whereby the rapid cooling of the jet flow 10 is prevented. This integrated jet flow 10 is extruded into the cooling water (a) and is molded. As an apparatus, a tank 3 storing the cooling liquid (b) is provided, and the cooling water (b) is sent to the opening part of the pipe 19 on the outermost side of the nozzles 7 by a fixed volume pump 6.
