The switch 8 is switched to the contact A and contact B by the output of the mode deciding circuit 14 in the case of a low angle and a high angle of elevation respectively. The target predictive angle of elevation is supplied to the servo compensating circuit 4 via the limiter circuit 15 and subtractor circuit 16 in case a target having a low angle of elevation is tracked.
