Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of measurement and also, to prevent the corrosion of pressure sensitive element, by providing sealing diaphragm to measuring side of water level and opening side of atmosphere of the pressure sensitive element through the enclosure liquids. CONSTITUTION:When the fluid 2 flows in the lower part of the case 4 from the water inlet 5 and this pressure is given to the sealing diaphragm, said pressure is transmitted to measuring side of water level of the pressure sensitive element 8 through closely sealed enclosure liquid 7a. On the one hand, nearly constant atmospheric pressure is always given to the other sealing diaphragm 6b communicating to the atmosphere through the pipe 9 and said atmospheric pressure is transmitted to the opening side of atmosphere of the element 8 by closely sealed enclosure liquid 7b through the communicating pipe 14. Accordingly, the element 8 is strained in accordance with the pressure difference between the pressure transmitted from measuring side of water level and that of transmitted from the opening side of atmosphere of the element 8 and the pressure is converted into the electric signal to measure the water level.
