Abstract

When the sealing ring 5 is revolved by a shaft 3, the fluid between the grooves 14 and 15 is pushed-out in the direction of outer periphery by a centrifugal force and viscosity, and the end surfaces 13 and 12 are lubricated, and the amount of leak outside of the fluid L in the casing is reduced.
