PURPOSE: To make a steam valve not be opened at resetting the turbine by a method wherein an identifying circuit for identifying a time point of turbine-resetting and control circuit closing an electromagnetic valve for testing are provided in the steam valve ON-OFF controlling device of a steam turbine in which an electrical-hydraulic control mode is used.
CONSTITUTION: A control oil 2 enters into a disk damp valve 18 through a rapid operating electromagnetic valve 11, while entering into a steam valve oil cylinder 19 through a shut-off valve 12 and the testing electromagnetic valve 15. Pushing a reset-button 41 causes a B-contact 35b to be closed and a solenoid 40 of the testing electromagnetic valve 15 is energized and excited. In this condition, the controlling coil is not allowed to enter the oil cylinder 19, even the shut-off valve 12 is reset to permit the controlling oil 3 to pass through ports 12a, 12b. For this reason, a phenomenon of opening the steam valve A is avoided to occur at a moment when the reset-button is pushed.
