CONSTITUTION:On a basis of the fundamental magnetic medium where sound is recorded by VTR11, the video, the sound, and the time code are recorded on the magnetic medium of VTR13 in effective sound editing device 14, and the sound and the time code are dubbed onto plural tracks of the magnetic medium of multichannel tape recorder ATR12. Effective sounds recorded on tracks of respective tapes of effective sound reproducing tape recorders 19a-19c are mixed onto the track other than the track, where speech and so on are recorded, of ATR 12. The time code is used to record sound information such as effective sounds, which are recorded on respective channels of ATR12, only during the time of tracks having sound information and cut off them during the time of tracks having no sound information.
