CONSTITUTION:Magnetic heads 4a-4n provided with floating sliders are fitted to magnetic head fitting table 6 through load springs 5a-5n. If weights of load springs of respective 10 magnetic heads arranged in the inside circumferential part, the middle circumferential part, and the outside circumferential part are denoted as 6g, 8g, and 9.5g respectively, the minimum floating quantity and the maximum floating quantity are controlled to 0.56mum and 0.62mum respectively. As a result, head crush is reduced to the half or less of the conventional one, and a high-performance and high-reliability magnetic disc is obtained.
