Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent leak and drop of left-over resins from the nozzle hole, by mounting between the resin mixer cylinder and the nozzle adaptor equipped with the valve connectable to the nozzle hole. CONSTITUTION:Liquid resins fed to a mixer cylinder 1 are mixed by a static mixer 2, and after applied to flow alignment protrusion 15, injected from a nozzle hole 5 to a die through resin path 12 and a space 14 inside the nozzle. After the injection, while the feed of resins is suspended, a piston 7 is moved forward by supplying liquid pressure into the cylinder hole 6 from a liquid pressure outlet 10 to close the hole by connecting a tip 8a of a poppet 8 to the nozzle hole 5 and the mixer cylinder 1 is moved backward to disconnect the nozzle 4 from the die. The nozzle hole 5 can be re-opened by applying liquid resin pressure to the tip 8a of the poppet.
