Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable the long-term storage of the titled tissue useful for the remedy of aging while preventing the immunological reactions, and obtained from the fetus of sheep, pig, etc., by whashing, sterilizing, freezing, cooling and freezing stepwise, and drying to attain a water content below a specific level.
CONSTITUTION: The tissue of the organs, glands, genital organs, placenta, arterial ducts, etc. of fetus or young of <4 months old of sheep, pig or cattle, is cut to e.g. 20×20mm pieces, washed with a solution of sodium citrate, sterilized with formaline aerosol, frozen, e.g. at -30°C in a refrigerating chamber, chilled stepwise to -40°C under reduced pressure, and freeze-dried to ≤1% water content based on dried tissue. The dried tissue is placed into a shaded vessel, and the empty space is substituted with an inert gas such as argon gas before seal.
USE: Remedy for leukemia, cachexia, etc.
