Abstract
The invention relates to medicine. Preservation of cells is carried out by means of incubating at the presence of dimethyl sulfoxide as a cryoprotective agent, freezing with the following thawing. The freezing is carried out in three stages. At the first stage freezing is carried out with a rate of 1 °C/min up to –3.5 °C, at the second stage with a rate of 0.3 °C/min up to –7 °C, at the third stage with a rate of 5 °C/min up to –196 °C.
