Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to miniaturize a photosensor array device on a contact read system and to improve its resolution by forming the cross section of an optical fiber bundle, guiding reflected light from the original read surface of the device to a photoelectric conversion film, in a polygonal shape without having any gap mutually. CONSTITUTION:Light signal L' when light L from light source 5 is reflected on transmitted original read surface 2 is transmitted via optical fiber bundle 8 having incorporated contact fiber 6 and then led to photoelectric conversion film 11 by way of transmissive nether electrode 9 and electrode 10 provided on the top surface to be scanned and extracted as an electric signal.
