CONSTITUTION:Normally, the telegram is input from facsimile transmission device 201 to data exchange 204 through transmission communication line 202, input switching part 208, and MODEM203. Meanwhile, the telegram stored and processed by exchange 204 is transmitted to facsimile receiving device 207 through MODEM205, output switching part 209, and receiving communication line 206. When data exchange 204 is abnormal, the switching destination number is transmissed from the transmission device 201 side to receiving device 207, and transmission-side and output-side switching parts 208 and 209 are switched to connect switching parts 208 and 209, thereby realizing the line exchange type facsimile communication.
