Abstract

PURPOSE: To make uniform the heat transfer and reduce the ventilation resistance by forming planar fins provided with an arbitrary number of through holes into a laminar shape by interposing planar spacers on both sides of each of the through holes to integrally bond the fins and spacers.
CONSTITUTION: The fin 7 is a thin flat plate consisting of a core material 7a and molten layers formed on the surface of both sides or one side. A spacer 9 is interposed at both sides of each of an arbitrary number of through holes 8 provided by maintaining a suitable pitch at fins 7, and an arbitrary number of fins 7 and spacers 9 are assembled in a laminated state. Thereafter, a pressing force 12 is added, and molten layers 7b and 9b are fully caused to tightly adhere to each other and bonded integrally to form fluid passages 10 and 11 intersecting rectangularly with each other in a sealed state and to constitute correctly a fin pitch.
