Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the displacement of an end-face bearing and the abrasion with a rotor by providing a seal plate of nonmagnetic substance and an end-face support plate with pass-holes 12 arranged inside the seal plate on a magnet-containing chamber for supporting the end-face bearing in touch with the end-face support plate. CONSTITUTION:In a magnet-containing chamber, a driven magnet 6 is provided to be rotatable as being supported by an end-face bearing 10. The magnet-containing chamber is provided with a seal plate 13 of nonmagnetic substance and an end- face support plate 11 with pass-holes 12 inside the seal plate 13, and the end-face bearing 10 is supported in touch with the end-face support plate 11. In this constrction, when a part of high-pressure fluid is introduced into a concave 3 to contain a magnet for the operation of a pump, the inner pressure is given only to the seal plate 13 through pass-holes 12 provided on an end-face support plate 11, and the end-face support plate 11 is free from deformation. Consequently, since the end-face bearing 10 in touch with the support plate 11 is quite free from axial displacement, it can be prevented from the abrasion with a rotor 18.
