Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A composition containing a heavy hydrocarbon oil, having a boiling point ≥350°C and a pour point ≥10°C, and containing a higher paraffin, a copolymer or a substance having the same structure as the copolymer of (A) an olefinic monomer containing a 16W30C aliphatic hydrocarbon with (B) a comonomer selected from (i) an olefinic glycidyl ester or olefinic glycidyl ether or dialkaylamine, alkyl ester or alkyl ether thereof, (ii) an olefinic alkylamine, (iii) an olefinic heterocyclic monomer or (iv) an olefinic monomer containing halogen group. The weight ratio between the components (A) and (B) is preferably 10:1W1:4, and the molecular weight of the copolymer is preferably 3,000W200,000.
