On the circumferential surface of this drum frame body 106a, dielectric film 108 is provided, and sheet grip body 107 supported on shaft 107a is also provided. Attachment-detachment plates 112 and 117 are provided with three guide rollers 116a-116c to support rotary ring 110 rotatably.
