PURPOSE:To measure the very small amount of antigen and antiboty with excellent sensitivity, accuracy, and reproducibility, by bonding a labeling material to the antigen or antibody, reacting the antibody with the labeling material with a bonded body of the antigen, the antibody, and the labeling material, and measuring the activity of the labeling material in the precipitate. CONSTITUTION:To either of the antigen or antibody, enzyme, e.g., beta-D-galactosidase and the like is labeled. The antibody or antigen is reacted thereto, and the bonded body of the antigen, the antibody, and the label is precipitated.
