Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to display various data in parallel on CRT, by enabling to display the display screen of a CRT display device through sections arbitrarily toward traverse direction.
CONSTITUTION: A DMA control section 3 reads out data from the memory address set to the DMA (direct memory access) address register of the 1st channel out of (n) channels and makes DMA transfer for the data number designated in the data register of the CRT control section 4. This means that 1/n of the 1st row of the display screen of CRT5 is fed. When the DMA transfer is finished, the DMA end signal is fed to the 1/n counter 7. The count output is fed to a distributor 6. The distributor 6 drives the DMA control section according to the DMA request signal of the CRT control section 4, and the data of the 2nd channel is fed to the data register. When the 1/n counter 7 is in full state, the display of the 1st row is finished.
